We are looking for an entry-level support technician to add to our team. As a support technician, you will be responsible for supporting clients as they install, configure, and use our commercial Joomla extensions; creating knowledge-base articles in response to common questions and issues; escalating client issues and concerns as required; and, most importantly, ensuring the highest-levels of customer support and satisfaction possible.
