Configuring Your Site to use Labels

Once you install Labels on your Joomla! 1.5 site, go to the Plugin Manager in the Administrator interface and find the "System - Labels" plugin. Click on the title of the Plugin to open it for editing. Set it to "Enabled" if it is not already, and then select components from the list on the right for Labels to interact with.

If you have a simple Joomla! site, you will only need to select com_content. If your site uses JXtended Magazine, you should also select com_zine. If your site uses JXtended Catalog, you should also select com_catalog. If your site uses EventList, you should select com_eventlist. By selecting components to be active, the Labels interface will be displayed when appropriate.
