Indexed Content Administration

The Indexed Content page will show you a list of all of the content that has been indexed by Finder.

Indexed Content List

Selecting Indexed Content from the Linkbar will present you with a list of the content that has been indexed. 

Toolbar

In conjuction with selecting one or more checkboxes in the list, the Toolbar provides the following functions:

• Index content.  This will start a full indexing process based on the Finder plugins that are currently enabled.
• Publish the selected link(s).
• Unpublish the selected links(s).
• Delete the selected link(s).
• Edit the configuration options for Finder.

Filters

You can filter the list by the following:

• Part of a string in the title of a link.
• The published state of the links.
• The type of content that a link pertains to.

List Interaction

You can interact with the list of classes in the following ways:

• Click the linked column headers to change the sort order of the list and to reverse the sort direction.
• In the Published column, click the icons to toggle between published and unpublished states.

Indexing Content

When you click the Index icon in the Toolbar, a small popup window will appear and show you a progress bar as the indexing process works through the content on your site.  Do not close this popup window until the process is finished.
