Creating Support Tickets

If your question has not been answered by our documentation, customers with active subscriptions can open support tickets by clicking on the appropriate "Get Help with..." link above. Please search our documentation before submitting a support ticket.

Support tickets are monitored during regular business days (Monday to Friday excluding United States and Australian Public Holidays) approximately between the hours of 10am and 4pm (GMT +10 and GMT -5).

Access to the support for subscription products will be discontinued when your subscription expires.
