The Art of Joomla! Issue 3 covers the third installment of how to take an extension out of legacy mode (looking at the Toolbar and translation issues), looks at a file and folder diff application called DeltaWalker (from Deltopia), and reviews some new minor features that have come out in recent Joomla! versions including:
- the new BCC option for Mass Mail;
- a new toggle for the Flash Uploader (for sites for which it refuses to work)
- the new options for content input filtering.
