www.theartofjoomla.com is currently launching. It's a great example of the traditional publication style magazine site, using Magazine, and also starts to show of a little of the Catalog system.
The Art of Joomla is a free online magazine about Joomla! 1.5. It is using monthly issues and on the issue table of contents is a great example of how sections work.
The Events articles show of some of the Google Maps integration. The article on Joomla! 1.5 file gives you an example of how sidebars can work in Magazine.
