Reports Features

Following is a list of the reports provided in this extension.

Content Aging

Displays content article title, published state, owner/author, created date (in "days ago" format), last modified (in "days ago" format), and the number of hits on the article.

This report also provides a form that can send an email to the author of the article, for example, to update the article if it is quite old.

Content Articles - SEO

Displays content article title, alias, meta keywords, meta description, created date, modified date and ID.

This report is used to observe correctness of meta information or to locate missing meta information which is valuable when considering Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The ID column is linked to edit the article.

Exception: Content Articles - Alias Duplicates

Displays content article title, alias, meta keywords, meta description, created date, modified date, and ID, but only where articles have the same alias value. This is valuable when considering Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Exception: Menu - Alias Duplicates

Displays menu title, alias, menu, menu type and ID, but only where menu items have the same value. This is valuable when considering Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Exception: Users - No activation

Displays name, user name, registered date and activation code of users that have not activated.

Export to CSV

Allows you to export the data in any database table to a CSV file.

Search Terms

Displays logged search terms and the number of times they have been requested.

User Registrations

Displays the number of users registered each day.
