You ("the customer") should read carefully the following Terms and Conditions of Service. Buying or using JXtended products or services implies that the customer has both read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Service.  JXtended reserves the right to change or modify current Terms & Conditions of Service without prior notice.

Copyright Ownership

JXtended, LLC either owns the intellectual property rights for the HTML, text, images, audio, video or other content made available on this Web site, or has obtained the permission of the owner of the intellectual property to make it available on this Web site. Redistribution or copying of any part of this Web site or content on this Web site without written permission from JXtended is strictly prohibited. JXtended authorizes you to display on your computer, download and print pages from this Web site provided: (a) the copyright notice appears on all such printouts, (b) the information will not be altered, (c) you do not redistribute or copy the information to any other media. JXtended respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us about the matter.

Software License

All of our PHP and HTML source code is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) to ensure it is 100% compatible with Joomla!. The GPL is the world's most popular Free (as in Freedom) and Open Source Software license.

Some javascript and other media (images, css, etc) may be released under different licenses. Please see the details with the individual products.

How many times can I install your products?

You may install our products as many times as you like on any number of sites. There is no restriction. Even if you are using a subscription product, you may still continue to use it indefinitely on any site.

Ownership

The customer may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any JXtended products, modified or unmodified. All products are and remain the property of JXtended except where the ownership clearly lies with other parties (such as for third-party libraries).

Warranty

JXtended products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall the juridical person of JXtended be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use JXtended products.

Refund and Return Policy

As we deal in virtual goods, once a file is downloaded refund and/or return is not possible. Cancellations of subscriptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis only if the packages subscribed to have not yet been downloaded, restricted media has not yet been accessed, or email support has not been requested. If the cancellation is approved by us, pursuant to a sufficiently good reason being provided, your credit card will be refunded or your JXtended account credited. If your account is credited, you may then use those credits to purchase other items from our store. Subscription cancellations will not be considered more than fifteen (15) days after the time of purchase. Partial refunds are not granted upon early termination of subscriptions.
