JXtended Subscriptions

Our way of doing things might be a little different than what you are used to seeing but you'll get the hang of it in no time. Here's how it works:

When you purchase one of our commercial extensions, you are buying a subscription which includes: one jxtended.com user account; access to software downloads and updates; access to online documentation and one-on-one support. You get all of these things for the duration of the subscription. All subscriptions are valid for one year from the purchase date unless specified otherwise.

At the end of the subscription, you have the option of renewing your subscription or letting it expire. Subscriptions can be renewed at any time during the active duration of the subscription or within seven (7) days after the subscription expires for the renewal price. If you wish to renew a subscription more than seven (7) days after the expiration, you will have to purchase a new subscription at full price.

If you decide to let your subscription expire, you may continue to use your JXtended extensions forever. However, only members with active subscriptions will have access to software downloads and one-on-one support services.
