- 1. What documentation is provided?

Documentation is provided online and, in some cases, in PDF files. Access to the documentation for subscription products is not available after your subscription expires. You will need to renew your subscription in order to continue to access documentation.

Support for free products is provided only in our support forum.
Support for subscription products is provided only through private areas of our support forum. Access to the support for subscription products will be discontinued when your subscription expires. Forums for subscription products are monitored during regular business days (Monday to Friday excluding United States and Australian Public Holidays) approximately between the hours of 10am and 5pm (GMT +10 and GMT -5).
Premium support services are not yet available.
- 3. Under what license do you issue your products?

All of our PHP and HTML source code is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) to ensure it is 100% compatible with Joomla!. The GPL is the world's most popular Free (as in Freedom) and Open Source Software license.
Some javascript and other media (images, css, etc) maybe be released under different licenses. Please see the details with the individual products.

The copyright of code we have developed is retained by New Life in IT Pty Ltd, and WebImagery, LLC. The copyright of other sources is copyright the respective owners.
- 5. How many times can I install your products?

You may install our products as many times as you like on any number of sites. There is no restriction. Even if you are using a subscription product, you may still continue to use it indefinitely on any site.
- 6. Do I need to register to download software?

Yes. You need to register to download our software. While we take significant care to ensure our software is secure, from time to time serious issues do arise for a number of reasons and due to a variety of varying circumstances. By having everyone register, we are able to keep an account of what software you have downloaded and, should an emergency arrise, we can easily contact you. We realize this can be inconvenient sometimes, but it enables us to provide a more secure and responsible service to our customers and users.
